I’m Luxolo Makwedini, the founder and managing director of GymGen. As someone who’s been passionate about fitness and wellness for years, I’ve seen firsthand how intimidating or inconvenient the gym can feel for many people. Whether it’s the anxiety of crowded spaces, lack of time, or just wanting to work out on your own terms – I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why I started GymGen – short for Gym Generation. Because that’s who we are now. We’re a generation that’s serious about taking care of our bodies and minds – and we need solutions that match our pace and lifestyle. GymGen was built for that very reason: to bring gym and spa-quality equipment straight to your door, making fitness not just more accessible, but more personal.
