I’ve been using the Beurer MG 185 for a few weeks now, and it’s become an essential part of my post-workout routine. With 9 intensity levels, it offers a wide range of power—from light muscle stimulation to deep tissue percussion. The 3 built-in programs are useful for automated routines when I just want to switch it on and relax.
The 5 attachments cover all the major muscle groups. My favorites are the round head for general use and the bullet head for targeting tight knots. It’s lightweight, has a comfortable grip, and runs quieter than most massage guns I’ve tried.
